L’alimentazione nella donna diabetica gravida
Abstract
Gli obiettivi della terapia dietetica nelle gravide diabetiche sono, da un lato, simili a quelli della gravidanza nelle donne non diabetiche e, cioè, assicurare un apporto di nutrienti energetici (proteine, carboidrati,grassi) e non energetici (vitamine, minerali, antiossidanti) necessario e sufficiente a coprire le esigenze della madre e del feto e, dall’altro, mantenere un controllo glicemico ottimale senza determinare la comparsa di chetonuria.
