Effect of Dried Molassed Sugar Beet Pulp and Molasses on Silage Quality of Forage Turnip (Brassica rapa L. )

Abstract

Öz        


Bu çalışmada, farklı seviyelerde kurutulmuş molaslanmış şeker pancarı hamuru (DMSBP) ve melas (M) ilavesinin yem şalgam ( Brassica rapa L.) silajlarının fermantasyon kalitesi üzerindeki etkisini belirlemek amaçlanmıştır . Yem şalgamı DMSBP (% 0, 7, 10 ve% 15) ve M (% 0, 1, 2 ve% 3) ilave edildi. DMSBP ve M ilavesi, yem şalgam silajlarının silaj kalitesini ve fermantasyon parametrelerini geliştirdi. I in Vitro organik madde sindirim (IVOMD) ve yem şalgam silajlarının metabolik enerji (ME) DMSBP ilave (p <0.01) arttı. PH, amonyak, nitrojen (NH 3 N / TN) değerleri DMSBP ve M ve aerobik stabilite değerinin ilavesi ile azalmış arttı (ile CO azalma 2değerleri) DMSBP ilavesiyle (P <0.01). Silajların laktik, propionik ve bütirik asit değerleri DMSBP ilavesiyle azaldı, ancak asetik asit değerleri arttı (P <0.01). M ilavesiyle laktik ve asetik değerler artarken, silajların propiyonik ve bütirik asit değerleri M ilavesiyle azalmıştır (P <0.01). Sonuç olarak, yem şalgamı ( Brassica rapa L. ) hiçbir katkı maddesi veya farklı DMSBP ve M seviyeleri eklenemez, ancak% 7 DMSBP ve% 3 M katkı maddesi ile hazırlanan silajlar yüksek aerobik stabiliteye ve düşük silaj amonyak azot değerlerine sahipti. Bununla birlikte, bu sonuçlar in vivo besleme çalışmalarıyla desteklenmelidir .
